How to watch a game easily!

›› How do I purchase a PASS to watch a Live match online or a video-on-demand?

If you try to access a pay-per-view content, you will be prompted to either sign-up or login before continuing.
Once you are registered, follow the step-by-step instructions to make your PASS order:
1. LOGIN with your USERNAME and PASSWORD
2. If you want to buy one specific live or replay game, click on the match icon you want, and skip to the step 4
2 bis. OR go on the “PACKAGES AVAILABLE” page which presents the four passes available onsale
3. Select the PASS you want to purchase
4. Your PASS is added to YOUR CART.
In your cart, you can either delete your PASS if you made a mistake, add another pass if you want to buy other games, or pursue your order if everything is OK.
5. Click on CHECK OUT
6. ORDER INFORMATION: Fill the form with your card information, and then click on OK
7. REVIEW ORDER: You can see your information order.
Check and click on FINISH YOUR ORDER to confirm your purchase and activate your PASS!
8. An email with your invoice will be sent within 30 minutes
You might not receive this email which could be spammed, but don't worry you can see your invoices by going in the heading "Account", then “Click here to view your order history”.

›› The live game has already started: can I still buy a PASS?

You will still be able to register and purchase a ticket for the match as long as the match is in progress and streams are available.

›› How do I watch the Live or replay game I bought?

Once you have bought a PASS, some details to help you watch a match:
1. Check that you are LOGIN with your USERNAME and PASSWORD

CASE 1: To watch a LIVE game:
The match is online once the count down is over. Login before kick-off time on match day and click on the match icon on the Home Page: your LIVE game starts after few seconds buffering.
OUR ADVISE: You can bought you LIVE PASS in advance, it will be activated only on the matchday.

CASE 2: To re-watch a REPLAY game:
Matches are sorted by competitions. Click on the competition you want then – in the MATCH VOD heading – click on the match icon you paid for. The video starts after few seconds buffering.
Regarding to boadcasting rights, the VODs of replay matches are available at 11pm GMT the matchday.

2. Once the live streaming match or the video is online, you can select below the video player:

The quality best adapted to your bite rate: low or high
The language of the commentaries : English or French

›› How can I be sure that my PASS is activated?

Be assured that your PASS is validated and available since your payment has been authorized and your order process is finished. Don't pay any attention to your order status because your pass is validated if your payment was accepted (even if your credit card has not been charged yet, there is a delay).
You just need to login before the kick-off time and enjoy your game!

›› Kick-off time: How not to miss my game?

The Kick-Off times are indicated in GMT world-wide time. To know what is your local time:
- Click on the Home page: an information grey popup appears on the top left corner regarding your country

We also use a COUNT DOWN for each live game upcoming, to help you not missing the kick-off : At the end of the COUNT DOWN, the national anthems start.
