›› I have forgotten my password
If you have forgotten your password, you just need to click on the link “Forgotten your password?” on the Home page top menu: you will receive an email with a link to reset your password.
If you don't receive this email within 10 minutes, please Contact us and we will send you a new temporary password as soon as possible.
›› How can I change my personal details such as password?
When logged, click on « Account ». There is a section for 'YOUR ACCOUNT', click on « Click here to view and modify your information ».
You can change all the information you submitted when you registered (name, email, password, video quality…).
For example, to change your password: put your new password into the password input box, then confirm your new password before submitting.
›› How can I view my purchase history?
If you can't remember what products you have purchased, you can view your purchase history by going in the heading "Account", then select the section “Click here to view your order history”. This page will tell you what packages you ordered, when your orders were made and the amounts.
