If you have a personal firewall installed on either your home system or on a home network router (firewalls are sometimes pre-installed with ADSL or cable modems), then refer to your product's documentation on how to allow access (for Windows Media Streams). Due to the large numbers of possible products and setups, please consult your firewall documentation as we cannot provide support on this.
